About shipping

  • Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

    ※For the Northern Mariana Islands, only Saipan is shipped.
  • Delivery term: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.At the latest, delivery will be made with 30 days from the date the order was confirmed.

  • No shipments are made on year-end holidays of the Company.

Returns&Exchanges

If you receive the item at hand, please confirm immediately whether the item is incomplete.

■ Product defect or incorrect delivery

If the product you received is defective or different from your order, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the shipping in this case.
Send us an e-mail including a photograph of the defective part or the incorrect item and your order number at mimi33@sanpocreate.com.

* Contact us within seven days from the arrival of the product. Note that we will not replace any product without your prior notice or if you have already used the product.
* Discard the defective or incorrect product.
* Notify us if you wish to receive a refund.

■ Difference from picture

Note that we do not accept the return or replacement of an item for a reason attributable to you (for example, the product is different from what you imagined before purchase, the size does not fit, and you made an incorrect order).

■Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are absent for a long period or did not accept the delivery

We will charge you for the total amount of shipping fees to and from your delivery address as a cancellation fee.
We will deduct the cancellation fee from the amount charged to you when you placed your order.
We will not charge any portion of the cancellation fee in excess of the amount you paid for your order.
