How to take care of 925 silver accessories

Cleaning up a 925 silver tarnish is easy with what you have at home!

Cleaning can be done with a cleaner specifically intended for this purpose, but it can easily be done with whatever you have on hand at home! All you need is "baking soda and aluminum foil" or "salt and aluminum foil". Also, all you need is a kettle, pot, or bowl to boil water!

1. Take care with baking soda and aluminum foil

Things to prepare

・Baking soda
Aluminum foil
Boiled water
Bowl

 

1. Line an aluminum foil in the bowl
2. Pour boiling water so that the jewelry is fully submerged
3. Add an appropriate amount of baking soda then leave it for a while
4.Take it out when it's clean, wipe it down with a soft cloth, and done!

 

2. Take care with salt and aluminum foil

・Salt
Aluminum foil
Boiled water
Bowl

 

1. Line an aluminum foil in the pan
2. Pour boiling water so that the jewelry is fully submerged
3. Add salt and heat for a while.
4. Take it out when it's clean, wipe it down with a soft cloth, and done!
